If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. Cancellation is not possible after that.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that the 90-day right of return applies exclusively to production defects and material defects on the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may request to return any authentic product purchased on our site, through authorized retail stores, or authorized online retail partners in accordance with the terms below. We've made it simple for you to initiate requests for returns or refunds.

To start a return, you can contact us here. Email your return request along with a photo/ video of the products you are returning to support@byepain.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for replacement, the product cannot have any damage caused by the customer, and proof of purchase + a real picture must be available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please note: 'Express Delivery' refers to us expediting your order in regards of the disclaimed processing time (5 working days). Purchasing this option entitles you to skip the processing time, but does not include faster delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Discounts

We are not liable for this and cannot promise a refund if you forget to enter a discount code.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Parents are responsible to watch their children when using one of our products. We do not recommend the use of our products for kids under the age of 7 years.

Shipping Delays

Due to increased order volume and shipping bottlenecks, shipping to some regions will be delayed by 2-3 weeks. Affected regions: Norway.

Byepain accepts no responsibility for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect addresses being entered by the purchaser.  We can not refund or replace orders due to incorrect addresses being entered by the purchaser.
